Leather Patch Hats

Our Personalized Leather Patch Hats take your business logo and engrave it into a hand sewn, high-quality leather patch on to many people's favorite, the Richardson 112 Trucker Style or Yupong flex fit with an adjustable snapback.

Your design will be a unique production on 100% full-grain vegetable-tanned leather hide. Each patch will vary as each part of the hide is cut, dyed, cleaned, and sewn into place. Since we cut these out of actual cow hide, some imperfections do happen. We do try and cut around major scars, cuts and abrasions from the hide, but since this is a natural product such as wood, there may be some inconsistencies especially of color on the patch. We believe that each patch has a honoring story to tell.

Patch Design/Shape: Pick from a variety of styles, let us do the picking for you, or we can die cut around your logo. You decide which you like the best. Remember we can don’t have a minimum order quantity, so we can do a one off, so you can get one before you order a whole bunch.

Leather Patch Color: We use just a water repellant sealant on the leather patch, which has its authentic look from the natural leather and how long it was processed in light and get a little sun tan if you will. We can also tint/color if you want. Reach out for pricing difference for tint.

If you want a more even/consistent look across all pieces, we suggest doing a faux leather/acrylic style instead.

Hat Style: The hat is a structured five or six-panel snapback design with a mid-profile. It is a blend of 60/40 cotton/polyester and most come with a contrast stitched visor.

Hat Color Options: We have over 60 Colors available and more than 15000 hats available in stock, including the most popular colors: Black, Navy, Heather Gray | Black, Charcoal | White, Navy | White, Charcoal | Black, Black| Charcoal, Loden | Black, Heather Grey White.
